OUR TRAINERS

BRAD CARROLL - OWNER

I have always had a passion for physical fitness, coaching and generally helping people. I have always found solace and comfort in pushing my mind and my body to its limits and the world of personal training and coaching was something that I always wanted to do.

Growing up, I was always active and played high level Basketball and Football and as I got older, I taken up powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Where I get my real joy in life is by helping others to strive and push towards their goals and nothing is better than seeing someone absolutely smash their goals out of the park.

As a young man growing up, I had mental health issues in the form of depression and anxiety. Through extensive study and research, as well as staying active, I found that having a well balanced lifestyle with a healthy diet and regular exercise definitely helped me become a more mentally strong, confident and energetic person, friend, brother, son, mentor and trainer.

This philosophy is what my style of training and coaching is all about. Work on the mindset and the body will follow suit. As a trainer, you will get a very honest, motivating and methodical trainer who will work with you and your lifestyle to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Please contact Brad on 0404 992 862 for an appointment or discussion.

MADDIE SADLER - HEAD TRAINER

All I have ever wanted in a career was to help people achieve a better version of themselves, in all aspects of their physical and mental wellbeing.

Becoming a trainer encompasses all the areas I am so passionate about, and allows me to help people achieve enormous milestones in their wellbeing.

I always enjoyed exercise, through sports like netball and basketball, to participating in bootcamps and personal training. Since 2018 I have lost and kept off 27kgs, trained to run 20kms, worked out safely through my pregnancy as well as post-partum and improved my mental strength and resilience tenfold.

As a trainer, it is important for my clients to know that I have been there, I have struggled and pushed through my barriers and excuses to work towards a physically fitter and mentally stronger version of myself.

I truly believe we are all capable, we just need someone who is going to push us and  encourage the right attitudes and behaviours.

SEAN CARROLL - FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Physical fitness has always been at the centre of my life.  Growing up in a family with an affinity for sports, I first gained an interest in fitness at a fairly young age.  This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I’ve been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to achieve fitness goals through training and nutrition.

When I first began my journey with fitness I was anything but the picture of health, I was your typical lanky teen and had very low self esteem. It wasn’t until I decided to do something about it by immersing myself into a new lifestyle that I began to discover my own potential and started to feel like somebody, a more confident version of myself. Like many others, the journey came with multiple ups and downs, it was through my failures that I was able to develop the knowledge and good habits and apply them to my own training. I’ve applied these methods to the way in which I approach personal training so that others can avoid the same pitfalls.

Being able to inspire and help others along that same path is the main reason I wanted to become a trainer, a healthy lifestyle is more than just picking up the weights and to me there’s nothing better than helping others strive hard to achieve their goals towards a healthy body and healthy mind.

ADAM HARTLAND - FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Completing my personal training course in year 11 and 12 back in 2015, I was always terrified of stepping into actually becoming one. The thought of being responsible for someone’s health and well-being was daunting.

As the years went on, jumping from job to job within the construction industry and through my own personal struggles with depression, anxiety and self esteem issues, I developed a passion for improving myself in the gym. I’ve always been involved with sport, in particular, footy and representative basketball.

Since finally building up the confidence last year to become a PT, I’ve fallen in love with connecting with others who have been in a similar boat. The gym for me is much more than the physical aspect and my goal as a trainer is to help instil that within others.

SARAH BRUITZMAN - FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

I am a dedicated personal trainer driven by a profound motivation to be a positive role model for my children and family. My journey into fitness stems from a deep well of personal and professional experience with disability, instilling in me, a unique empathy for others and a genuine curiosity about their stories and motivations. Having navigated disability since childhood, my journey took a poignant turn in 2018 with the loss of my mother to MS-related complications.

This heartbreaking event prompted me to reflect on my own health and fitness, realizing the importance of seizing the moment and finding joy in life. In honor of my late mother, I embarked on a path of personal training studies, determined to be the best trainer I could be. My motivation is rooted in a desire to accomplish the things my mother couldn’t, turning a personal sadness into a source of strength and purpose. From my early days competing in inter-school sports to my present role as a passionate personal trainer, my commitment to health and fitness underpins everything I do and allows me to be a compassionate guide for you on your journey to be your best version of you!
